Herculean Labs / Partner Program

We build AI systems for your clients. We pay for introductions.

We're an AI transformation agency. Our founders have built multiple 8-figure businesses and raised tens of millions in venture capital. Send us one introduction and we'll pay you 20% of everything that client spends with us for six months.

01 / The ask, in full

Minimal effort. Clear attribution.

One introduction is enough. We take it from there.

One email. You introduce a client. That's it.

You don't pitch us, explain what we do, join the call, or put your name behind our delivery. We take it from the introduction onward and keep you posted.

If nothing comes of it, you've spent four minutes. If it converts, you participate in every invoice for six months.

02 / What you earn

One converted client: $9,600.

No made-up projections. No testimonials from partners we do not have yet. Just our published terms multiplied out.

Per converted client $9,600

Our typical engagement runs $8,000 a month. Your share is $1,600 a month, paid for six months. If a client signs for more, your number rises with it. The percentage does not change.

Why this structure

Most referral programs pay a percentage of the first invoice. This pays on every invoice.

Paid monthly, within seven days of us collecting from the client. Not on a milestone. Not in arrears. Not on a promise.

03 / Why now

First partners get founder access and better positioning.

We are opening this to our first group of partners, not to a crowded marketplace.

What that means in practice

No competition for introductions. Your clients are not queued behind four other agencies' referrals. You deal with the founders rather than a partner manager.

The terms are generous because we're building a track record, locked for you at whatever we agree.

Honest state of page

In twelve months this page should have real numbers on it: partners paid, clients converted, average earnings. Today it has arithmetic and a client list.

If you'd rather wait for the numbers, wait. If you'd rather be the reason they exist, reply.

04 / What we actually build

AI systems inside operating businesses.

We work wherever manual keyboard work still dominates the process.

In practice that usually means lead capture and instant response, intake and qualification, document generation and processing, quote and claims handling, reporting and dashboards, client portals, and internal knowledge tools.

If a client of yours has people doing something repetitive at a keyboard, that is the conversation.

  • Front office: lead capture, intake, qualification, instant response.
  • Delivery: document assembly, review queues, claims and quote handling.
  • Management: reporting, dashboards, client portals, internal knowledge tools.

We are not a marketing agency and have no interest in becoming one. Nothing we sell competes with anything you sell, and we will never approach your roster on our own.

05 / Terms, in plain language

Simple enough to explain in one minute.

The economics are fixed. Attribution is simple. Control stays with you.

  • 20% of engagement revenue, monthly, for six months. Paid within seven days of us collecting, every month, for the full six.
  • No cap. If the client signs for more than our typical $8,000 per month, your share scales with it.
  • You keep the client relationship. We do not sell marketing, pitch adjacent services, or contact your roster independently.
  • Attribution is simple. Any client you introduce is credited to you for twelve months from the introduction.
  • No exclusivity. Partner with whoever you like. We are not asking you to stop anything else.
  • Cancel anytime. Anything already earned still gets paid.

06 / Next step

Learn more, then decide if it fits your clients.

Book a short call with us. We'll walk through the partner program, how we work, and whether it makes sense for your roster.

If it feels like a fit, make the introduction after the call. If not, no problem. The point of the conversation is clarity, not pressure.
